Resolving Affiliate Portal Access Issues Due to Inactivity
For security, our system deactivates Credit Hero Score affiliate portals after 45 days of no login activity. This is only true if the associated Credit Repair Cloud account is cancelled or inactive. In such case where you are locked out, simply inform our Support team of the status of the associated Credit Repair Cloud account and we'll be able to assist you. Your commissions are unaffected, but you'll need to restore access to log back in.
Additional Notes
Commissions remain intact during inactivity periods — restricted access does not affect them.
